Ville Wealth Management LLC is a Fee-Only Registered Investment Advisory Firm dedicated to providing tailored financial planning and investment management services. Our proprietary discovery and implementation process empowers you to navigate your retirement journey with confidence, ensuring timely, proactive advice for informed decision-making.

What we do.

The decade before retirement is the most consequential financial period of your life. Social Security timing, Medicare enrollment, Roth conversions, withdrawal sequencing, and estate coordination all require careful analysis -- and the decisions you make are largely permanent. Our complete Retirement Planning Guide for pre-retirees aged 50 to 65 in Ohio covers every decision you face.

While some firms charge 1.4% or higher in management fees and up to 0.60% in strategy fees, we keep our fees at 0.88% or less. Our minimum asset balance, including all accounts and household members is $250,000, compared to my previous firm’s $2m requirement.

Every client gets a personalized financial plan, updated yearly at no extra cost. While other firms typically charge between $2,000 and $5,000 for this service, we offer it as part of our standard package. Unlike many firms, we also include plan implementation as a key part of our process at Ville Wealth Management.

We partner with EncorEstate Plans for basic estate planning services and utilize local attorneys for more complex estates. While most attorney fees for Wills and Trusts are between $2,000 and $4,000, our clients can access these services via EncorEstate Plans for less than a thousand dollars (price tied to EEPs fee schedule).

For a married couple, the difference between a thoughtful Social Security strategy and a default decision can exceed $100,000 in lifetime benefits -- permanently. We model every claiming scenario, coordinate both spouses' decisions, and integrate the strategy with your tax plan and Medicare premiums before you file.

Healthcare is one of the largest and most complex expenses in retirement. Medicare has strict enrollment windows -- miss one and you pay a penalty for life. IRMAA surcharges set at age 63 raise your premiums at 65. And retiring before 65 without a bridge plan leaves you dangerously exposed. We plan for all of it -- included at no extra charge.

Most advisors review your taxes after the fact. We plan them before they happen. The Opportunity Valley -- the low-income window between retirement and RMDs -- can last 18 to 20 years for some clients. Strategic IRA withdrawals, Roth conversions, capital gains harvesting, and IRMAA management during this window can save tens of thousands in lifetime taxes.

We partner with top companies that focus on Health, Life, Disability, and Long-Term Care insurance. Since we don't earn commissions from insurance sales, we can prioritize finding the best options for your financial health.

Our passion at Ville Wealth Management is to ensure our clients have a plan, it’s implemented and reviewed annually!
